Leading British newspaper “The Telegraph” has included Pakistan among the few unique places in the world where snow-capped mountains, tranquil valleys, ancient civilizations and adventures still provide tourists with the opportunity to discover a unique experience.

This travel feature has made special mention of the breathtaking scenery of Northern Pakistan, where many snow-capped peaks of the Karakoram mountains, higher than 25,000 feet, exist.

The Telegraph also highlighted the beautiful Hunza Valley, towering glaciers, wildflower-filled plains and the Karakoram Highway.
The newspaper has described the Karakoram Highway as a feat of engineering, connecting Pakistan with China and passing through the magnificent mountain ranges of the Karakoram, Himalayas and Hindu Kush
.
The article also mentioned the simplicity, warmth and hospitality of the people living in these remote mountainous areas.
Renowned travel writers Benedict Allen and Sarah Marshall write that tourists can not only see the amazing scenery of nature here but also get to know the life, traditions and culture of the local people.

Along with the mountains, The Telegraph also praised Pakistan’s great historical and cultural heritage.

The report specifically mentions the ancient Silk Road, the 17th-century Badshahi Mosque in Lahore and the thousands of years old Indus Valley Civilization.
