Changes in Passport

 

This section applies to changes in Manual Passports only. Changes in Machines Readable Passport (MRP) are not applicable. For any changes in MRP, a corresponding prior change in the Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) would be required from NADRA. After this change a revised MRP may be applied (MRP fee applies).

 

 

Following procedure applies to changes in Manual Passport only:

 

 

A change of address in your passport will require:

 

             i.        Completed application form C

           ii.        Proof of new address like utility bill or bank statement

 

 

 

A change in the date of birth on your passport will require:

                        

             i.        Corresponding prior change of CNIC/NICOP

           ii.        Completed application form C

          iii.        Original ID Card along with its photocopy

 

 

For change in name on your passport you need to provide:

 

             i.        Revised/Changed CNIC/NICOP with corresponding change in it

           ii.        Completed application form C

          iii.        Original ID Card along with its photocopy

 

 

 

Fee*

 

For all type of changes in passport is fee is £ 8 + 2 (Bank charges)  

 

 

*£ 2.00 mentioned with all fees above is bank surcharge per application for consular services being charged at High Commission for Pakistan, London and all Consulates.
