Centres operate on the principal of live data capturing and require applicants' presence with their CNIC/old NIC/ At NSRC the applicants' data
entry, photo, signature and thumb impression capturing are done by trained
NADRA staff using latest technology.
Computerised
NADRA Swift Registration (NSRC) facilities
are available only in NADRA office Please Note: Personal appearance of all the applicants is compulsory to apply for NICOP via NSRC. Applicants do not need any application forms, photographs or photocopies to process their application. Only original documents will be required.
Also NO appointment is required for
NICOP application, Applicants will be entertained on first come first served
basis during application processing time.
Procedure for applying through
NSRC Following figure explains how your
NICOP application will be processed by NSRC. See the proceeding section for

Documents
required for NICOP application (applying through NSRC) Important: Personal appearance of the
applicant is compulsory as system requires live data entry, photo, signature
and thumb impression capturing. Application cannot be processed without
personal appearance of the applicant. 1)
Original Pakistani passport with valid visa or valid foreign
passport (for dual Nationals only)

Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Old National
Identity Card (NIC / 3)
Parents’ National Identity Cards (Photocopies)
4) Fee payment receipt (fee is deposited in the bank located inside the High Commission building and mode of payment is only cash) Click here to view the fee rates 5)
Husband’s CNIC/Old NIC/NICOP photocopy (if husband is a
family head or applicant is married female) 6)
In case of British born children, if child is already
registered with NADRA (using British born children who are not
registered with NADRA will need to provide full British birth certificate
(original) with parents’ names in addition to other documents.

At least one NADRA Urdu Card or NICOP card number is
required as reference from
first blood relation preferably from parents.

Please note, in case of unavailability of the above
mentioned references, your card may be blocked in verification phase
temporarily or its delivery may be delayed 9)
No Forms or photographs are required when applying through
Computerised Swift Centres. Processing
Time and Delivery of your NICOP Approximate processing time of a
NICOP application is six (6) weeks. However delivery can be delayed due to
incomplete/invalid information or verification problems.
You will receive your new NICOP by
post (recorded delivery or by DHL) at your What if you don’t receive your
NICOP with in delivery time? You can track the progress of your
application by calling NSRC. Please provide your 10 digit Application Tracking Number
located on the computer generated token receipt for your inquiry. Format of your application tracking number is like LC00012345* (NSRC London), BC00012345*
(NSRC Birmingham) or MC00012345*
(NSRC Manchester).

to check the status of your application. If you do not receive your card
within six (6) weeks you can contact your respective NSRC through Phone or
Fax.

Note: NICOP applications
