service for National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) and
The High Commission is introducing an appointment service to facilitate the applicants for NICOP and POC in London on 3rd February 2014. This facility is designed to assist dual nationals and spouses of Pakistani nationals. Applicants are advised to book their appointments on working days from Monday to Friday between 1000-1300 hours and 1400-1700 hours.
It is important to note that the High Commission will not serve walk-in applicants for NICOP and POC with effect from Monday, February 3, 2014.
NADRA is offering two types of identity cards to facilitate the Pakistani community living abroad. These cards offer valuable benefits and incentives to the card holders. Following section will help you to choose the right Identity Card for you and follow the procedure to apply for this card.†
1. National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP)
Apply for this card if you are a Pakistani citizen who is living abroad or a dual nationality holder

2. Pakistan Origin Card (POC)
Apply for this card if you are a Pakistan origin immigrant or a foreigner with annulled Pakistani nationality. Your family members can also apply for POC.

Note: Only Hundred (100) applications will be processed during office hours on first come first served basis at NSRC. Each applicant will need a token for application processing. In case more than one applicants are applying together, please obtain a separate token for every applicant from staff.
