Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association to establish show room in UK

 

LONDON: Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association (PHMA) which is Association of  Knitwear  Manufacturers is planning to set up show room and  warehouses  in UK with  the  purpose of facilitating  the  UK based importers  This was stated by Mr. Junaid Makda, Deputy  Chief Coordinator, PHMA  and Mr. Imran Ali Sabir in a meting with Pakistan High Commissioner to UK Mr. Wajid Shamsul Hasan, here, today.

 

During the meeting ways and means to enhance exports of value added products from Pakistan were also discussed. Mr.  Junaid Makda said that setting up show rooms of hosiery in UK will save importers’ travel to Pakistan.

 

He further added that in this way more and more buyers will have the chance to look at   knitwear from Pakistan and decide for placing orders for imports. 

 

Commercial Secretary, Pakistan High Commission, Ms. Saira Najeeb Ahmed also attended the meeting.
