Endorsement of Children on parent's passport

 

This applies to the Manual Passport only. Endorsement of child is not allowed on Machine Readable Passports (MRP).

 

Before making any application for endorsement of child please note that new born babies would be required to entered in the NADRA’s database, that is an application will be made with NADRA for National Identity Card of the child.

 

 

Further requirements for Endorsement of Children on parent's passport are:

 

 

§  Completed application form form-C  

§  Three identical passport size colour photographs attested by GP or solicitor

§  Detailed birth certificate in original along with its photocopy.

§  Both Parent's Pakistani passports along with photocopies 

§  No Objection Certificate from Mother if a child is to be endorsed on father's passport.

§  Mother’s passport should be in married name and / or NICOP with married name would be required

§  Fee for endorsement is  £ 8 + 2 (Bank Charges) and it will be done on the same day.
